Art Service Club promotes artistic exploration within the local community, especially for students who don’t have visual arts as one of their subjects in their academic curriculum. Our mission is to enhance their artistic experiences through creative projects and to enrich their lives with art.

We are a service club that teaches local children badminton through our own passion for badminton. Our ultimate aim is to develop local kids badminton skills and their potential to become great badminton players in Indonesia.

To interact and bring joy to local kids through dance. To break the boundaries between age groups, nationalities and cultures- and to explore new genres of dance.
Engineering Off-Grid
Engineering Off-Grid literally brightens peoples lives – we install solar systems to impoverished communities living without light. We're also trying to build our own solar lanterns for portable light and evaporative cooling boxes to preserve farmers' crops longer. . We engineer to help others, to learn, and to have fun.
Guitar Service Club
Our mission is to connect with our local children through a love of music. GSC's weekly lessons aim to improve their guitar playing skills to ultimately help them find a passion in music. These fun and engaging lessons uplift these local children, who will eventually be able to use these acquired talents for good.
KKI Microfinance Club
Our goal is to make a social impact, not just through micro-lending but also through financial education. Hopefully, we can leave a positive effect on the borrowers to help them exit poverty and reach success through their own efforts and hard work. We also make connections with local entrepreneurs to finance and market their products for social good. We are currently financing 15 borrowers and are hoping to finance more this semester.
Tri-M (Music Society)
Tri-M is comprised of a group of passionate musicians working to share their love of music with others. Tri-M hosts the annual service concert and contributes in other service-related events and concerts.
Alternative Technology Club
Our mission is to assess environmental problems in impoverished communities (XS Village), and to develop economically viable technology to solve these problems

Our activities provide local children with opportunities for fun and creativity, as well as environmental education- through the making of recycled crafts.
Enigma Puzzle Club
Enigma Service Club provides compelling puzzles and intellectual challenges for local children, with the aim of improving their cognition and collaborative skills. With different activities every week, we also have a lot of fun in the process!
Justice for the Innocent Scrapbook Service Club
A group of enthusiastic and caring students craft a scrapbook of letters to deliver to Mr. Bantleman and Mr.Tjiong. Join us and support them!
NXT GEN
We teach local teenagers problem-solving skills, and introduce them to the world of engineering, through the medium of NXT Lego robotics kits. Every week, we involve the visiting students, and our members in fun and engaging challenges, where we compete to build the ultimate robot.
Service Climbing Club
Our aim is to provide the opportunities for local students to gain confidence and to exercise through the challenge of rock climbing.
Take a Bow
To teach local children English and build confidence skills through Drama whilst establishing relationships with the local community
Voice of Music
Our mission is to utilise our teaching and musical talents to teach those who have potential abilities and interest in music but financially less fortunate, such as children in orphanages. We also plan to use our musical talents to aid the poor through sponsorship of education and prosthetics.
Science Service Club
Science Service Club is an enjoyable club that aims to enrich Indonesian children’s learning by developing their interest in Science. We provide joyous sessions with the children by allowing them to be actively involved in fun and creative experiments- as well as teaching them foundational concepts of Science.

Cooking Connection Club
Cooking Connection Club connects through cooking with local teenagers. We share our knowledge of food technology and health and aim to create happiness. Each week we have different cooking theme and we provide copies of ingredients in a shared folder.
Food of Love
Food of Love aims to inspire and empower our service partners to lead healthier lifestyles. We teach and supervise the practice of various online recipes ranging from simple home-cooked meals to baked goods. We introduce interactive games to engage and form close bonds with our service partners.
Interactive Football Association
To provide a chance for local children to have fun and enjoy a physical challenge through learning and playing football (soccer).
Plugged In
To enhance the lives of others by teaching digital literacy to those who do not have the opportunity to access computers. We teach local children basic skills and programmes once a week at JIS.
Swim for Life
Our mission is to teach Indonesian children basic water survival skills to decrease the risk of accidents in floods. These sessions are fun way to interact with the children and also build their confidence.
Tech Club
To assist JIS students and the Jakarta community through technology skills.
Strings in Action
In order to enhance a local school Pondok Taruna's love for music, we hold weekly visits focused on teaching the children with varying ages string instruments and helping them build their own orchestra.
